  The funeral home use the placard on the vault to advertise their business. I inform Mary that since we paid for the vault that we did not want their name on it. She said that family members approve it but no one was asked about it per family member. Mary said it was on the contract. When I ask to see the contract, she said I was not allow because my name was not on it. I was the power of attorney for my love one. I suggest we call one of my sibling about getting their permission to see the contract Mary said they need to come in in person to sign an affidavit which no one live in the area. Mary said my siblings need to come in in person to sign and affidavit and pay 125 dollars to have placard remove and replace. Mary had so many twist and terms that you left shaking your head. I contact several Funeral homes who said that they never heard of funeral homes putting their names on the vault. Putting a funeral home name on your love ones vault is not part of the process. Advertising their business on a vault is very distasteful remember you are paying to advertise their business
